Ingredients:
1 cup almond butter (unsweetened)
2 scoops plant-based vanilla protein powder
1 egg (or flax egg)
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until dough forms.
Scoop spoonfuls onto a baking tray lined with paper.
Bake 8–10 minutes.
Soft, chewy, and protein-packed!
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 scoop chocolate plant protein
2 tbsp almond butter
A few drops monk fruit or stevia (optional)
Splash of almond or coconut milk
Method:
Blend all ingredients until silky smooth.
Chill 30 mins before serving.
Creamy, chocolatey, and high in healthy fats + protein!
Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
3 tbsp almond or cashew butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Mix ingredients into a dough.
Roll into bite-sized balls.
Chill in fridge for 1 hour.
Perfect no-bake high-protein snack!
Ingredients:
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Optional: berries for topping
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a jar.
Refrigerate overnight.
Stir well before eating.
Creamy, filling, and naturally sweet!
Ingredients (base):
1 cup almonds
1 cup dates (soaked + drained)
Pinch salt
Filling:
1 cup soaked cashews
2 scoops vanilla plant protein
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp almond milk
Juice of 1 lemon
Method:
Blend almonds + dates into a sticky crust, press into muffin cups.
Blend filling until smooth, pour over crust.
Chill 2–3 hours until firm.
Creamy cheesecake texture without dairy or sugar!
